DICLOFENAC & PARACETAMOL 50 mg/325 mg Tablet is a pain relieving medicine. It is used to reduce pain and inflammation in conditions like rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and osteoarthritis. It may also be used to relieve muscle pain, back pain, toothache, or pain in the ear and throat.
DICLOFENAC & PARACETAMOL 50 mg/325 mg Tablet should be taken with food. This will prevent you from getting an upset stomach. You should take it regularly as advised by your doctor. Do not take more or use it for a longer duration than recommended by your doctor.
Usage Directions
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your Doctor. Swallow it as a whole with water; do not crush, break or chew it.

Indicated Side Effects
The most common side effects of DICLOFENAC & PARACETAMOL 50mg/325mg Tablet are - Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness, Dry Mouth, Altered Taste, Abdominal Pain, Agitation, Anxiety, Fever, Constipation, Allergic Reaction, Impaired Concentration, Sweating, Headache

The drug should not consumed with or under the effect of alcohol as they react and cause side effects like nausea, dizziness and severe indigestion.
Painkiller such as aspirin, ibuprofen and naproxen should be avoided as it increases the chance of side effects. Blood thinner are also not recommended if you are hypertensive you should consult your doctor before starting this medication.
This medication should be avoided if you have NSAID-sensitive asthma, Fluid retention and edema, Gastro-Intestinal toxicity, Skin rash, Impaired kidney function and heart attack.
One should have ample food while taking this medication as it will help in the absorption of the medication and increase the effectiveness.
