Therapeutic Indications

• The Product is recommended for use to treat primary dysmenorrhoea and in the relief of mild to moderate pain associated with menorrhagia in women

Usage Directions

• Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your Doctor. Swallow it as a whole with water; do not crush, break or chew it.

Precautions & Warnings

• Please consult your doctor before consuming this medicine, in case of:
• Irregular or prolonged periods, abnormal bleeding between your periods.
• Allergic to any other ingredients of this medicine.
• Have Steven Johnson Syndrome, toxic epidermal necrolysis.
• Have severe problems with your kidney, liver or heart.
• Have systemic lupus erythematosus.
• Suffer from severe heart failure or had a major heart surgery.
• Have ever had a blood clot in your blood vessels
• Have a history of bronchial asthma

Indicated Side Effects

• Ear pain, tinnitus (ringing in ear), vertigo
• Difficulty in breathing or dizziness
• Asthma
• Problems with your eyesight (bleeding, loss of vision)
• Itchy, red or swollen skin
• Blood clot in your blood vessels
• Convulsions, confusion, depression, hallucinations, nervousness
• Fluid retention/build-up of fluid in the body
• Increased blood glucose
• Fluctuations in blood pressure
• Elevation of liver enzymes, decrease in bile flow
• Diarrhoea
• Inflamed pancrease
• Bleeding, perforation and peptic ulcers and dark sticky faeces (as a result of internal bleeding)
• Abdominal pain, Indigestion, Constipation, Flatulence, Nausea and vomiting

Interactions

• Please inform your doctor if you have recently consumed or are consuming any of the below mention medicine:
• Zidovudine, Quinolone antibiotics (like ciprofloxacin, ofloxacin, sparfloxacin), Streptokinase, Oral contraceptives, Probenecid, Mifepristone (used to bring about an abortion during pregnancy), Anticoagulants (medicines that help prevent blood clots), Anti-depressants (medicines that help relieve the symptoms of depression), Methotrexate, Medicines for diabetes (high blood sugar), ACE inhibitors and angiotensin-II-receptor antagonists (medicines used to lower the blood pressure), Tacrolimus and Aminoglycosides (antibiotics), Lithium, Cardiac glycosides like Digoxin, Corticosteroids (like betamethasone, prednisone, prednisolone)

Storage Condition

• Store in a cool and dry place away from sunlight or as mentioned on Product/Label.
